BGS is a product, platform and service currently operated by HOP LLC until a separate BGS entity exists. The Seville address is provided as an operational and contact address in Spain, and is not HOP LLC’s registered office.

2. Purpose and scope

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website mibgs.com (the “Site”), through which information about BGS is provided along with the option to request an initial business assessment. Access to the Site is free of charge, without prejudice to the cost of the user’s internet connection.

The BGS management application, accessible at app.mibgs.com, is governed by its own Terms of Service and falls outside the scope of this legal notice.

3. Terms of use

The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site and its content, in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order. In particular, the user undertakes not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to submit false information or third-party information without authorization through the forms, and not to carry out actions that could damage, disable or overload the Site or prevent its normal use.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The content of the Site (texts, design, graphics, code, the “BGS” brand and logo and other elements) is owned by HOP LLC or by third parties that have authorized its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorization is prohibited.

“BGS” is used as a brand and trade name of the service operated by HOP LLC. This reference does not imply a claim that specific trademark registrations exist that have not been formally granted.

5. Liability

HOP LLC strives to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the Site. To the extent permitted by law, HOP LLC will not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Site, the inability to access it or the existence of errors or interruptions.
